Down the Rabbit Hole is the ultimate adventure combining Sound Healing, Reiki, and Yin Yoga. This two-hour journey will be customized to help you reconnect with your very own Wild Wandering Weirdo.
Sound Healing
Experience the transformative power of sound healing, a practice originating from the Himalaya Mountains. These hand-formed bowls -- created in ceremony -- are placed on and around your body and when played create a sense of calm allowing the creative mind to wander. Come alone or bring your favorite weirdo, to experience the healing energy of the Himalayas and heal your inner wild!
Reiki
Discover the healing benefits of Reiki, a Japanese practice designed to restore harmony to your body and mind. In our one-on-one sessions, you'll receive focused energy that promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and creative exploration... allow the mind to wander and reconnect to your inner wild!
Yin Yoga
Unleash your inner wild with hands-on assisted yin yoga! Get ready for a fun and grounding practice where you will be guided through a series of deep stretch poses. Each pose will be held for 3-5 minutes and supported with hands-on deepening. This private experience offers a deep release and will have you rediscovering your inner wild!
