Is the space ADA accessible?

Sessions are held on the ground in a traditional format. Clients must be able to comfortably get down to and up from the floor.

If you have mobility concerns, please reach out before booking.

Are you a healer, doctor, or therapist?

No. I am not a medical provider, licensed therapist, or doctor. I do not diagnose, treat, or fix.

I create a grounded, intentional space and offering where each individual can do their own work.  This work supports healing, creative exploration, and overall wellness.

What is your cancellation policy?

Are sessions safe during pregnancy?

Sound healing and floor-based body practices are not recommended during the first trimester.

If you are in your second or third trimester, consult your healthcare provider before booking and contact me to discuss possible modifications.

Some offerings include any combination of sound healing, Reiki, and/or Yin Yoga depending on the offering you book.

What should I expected at the beginning and end of each session?

Each session begins with 5–10 minutes of connection to get to know each other, help you settle into the space and review what to expect.

At the start, I may gently touch the head or offer grounding contact, if comfortable.

At the end of the session, time is reserved to take a some time alone in the space or share any reflections.  Time reserved will be discussed an aligned on prior to beginning.

How often should I receive these experiences?

Some people benefit from occasional sessions, while others choose to return regularly as part of their wellness or self-care practice.

You are encouraged to listen to your body, nervous system, and personal needs when deciding what feels supportive for you.

What is the difference between "private" and "for two"?

Accepted Answer

Private sessions are one-to-one experiences focused entirely on you.

For Two sessions are shared between two people, and I divide my time and attention between both participants during the session.

Both options are designed to be supportive, intentional experiences. Choose the format that best fits who you would like to share the time with.

NOTE: Sound healing is the only offering for two.
